Mixing beginner-friendly operation with pro-style quality, the DJI Neo Drone Combo offers a creative and fun alternative to a selfie stick or tripod. Incredibly lightweight at only 4.8 oz, the palm-sized Neo can take off from and land onto your outstretched hand. In the air, the Neo’s 1-axis camera can capture selfies and sweeping vistas at 4K30 resolution with its 1/2″ sensor. Control it with the DJI Fly app on your phone or with your voice. To ensure solid, pro-style performance, DJI equipped the Neo with AI-based subject tracking, RockSteady and Horizon Balancing stabilization, and six different QuickShots automatic shooting modes. Fly More Combo
This version of the DJI Neo includes the Fly More Combo set of accessories designed to keep you flying longer. It contains two additional intelligent flight batteries and a two-way charging hub.
Ultra-Stabilized Video
A pair of technologies built into the Neo work to keep your group selfies and tracking shots clear and stable. Both RockSteady and Horizon Balancing work to reduce image shake and correct the horizon tilt within +/- 45°.
AI Subject Tracking
The Neo is like having your own personal photographer in your backpack. Its AI algorithms can follow you or another subject and keep them in frame as they move. Choose from Smart Tracking, which will follow a selected subject, or DirectionTrack, which follows something (or someone) from the front, flying backward as the subject walks towards the Neo.
QuickShots
To give your aerial videos a more dynamic and professional look, you can select one of six QuickShots. These are maneuvers that keep subjects in frame as the drone performs a complex pre-programmed flight path.
Dronie: Flies backwards and upwards while keeping a subject in frame
Circle: Circles around a subject at a steady height and distance
Rocket: While focused on a subject, the drone shoots straight up into the sky
Spotlight: The drone flies in any direction with the camera locked onto a subject
Helix: While focusing on a subject, the drone will spiral up and away
Boomerang: Focused on a subject, the drone flies in an oval path, going up and down, starting/stopping at the same spot
Vlog with Clear Audio
Narrate vlogs through the DJI Fly app and the microphone built into your phone. As you speak, the app will automatically work to eliminate prop noise and merge that audio track with the footage. This is an essential feature when vlogging at lower altitudes.
Traditional and Voice Control
Fly the Neo using your mobile device and the DJI Fly app, or use your voice. Saying “Hey Fly” will quickly wake the Neo and enable voice control via a series of spoken flight commands. When using your phone, you connect to the Neo over Wi-Fi and can enjoy a control range of up to 164′. Optional dedicated remotes, such as the DJI RC-N3, RC Motion 3, or FPV Remote Controller 3, are also available if you prefer more traditional piloting, require additional range, or would prefer a one-handed experience.
Safe Flying
As the Neo is a beginner-focused drone, DJI provides a series of safety features to make each of your flights an enjoyable and productive experience. First and foremost are the propeller guards that provide full coverage around the spinning blades, yet do not negatively impact flight performance. The Neo is also engineered to have Level 4 wind resistance, which helps in recording shake-free content. Finally, an automatic return-to-home feature will safely bring the Neo back to its point of takeoff if needed.
DJI Fly App
With a range of 164′, the DJI Fly app lets you pilot and manage the Neo from your mobile device. It is used to transmit voice commands, set tracking angle and distance, select a shooting mode, record audio, and much more.

Returns + Replacement

At Airpix, customer satisfaction is a priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and replacements. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. This policy ensures that every product shipped to you meets our stringent quality standards.
2. Defective Product Returns
If you receive a defective product, you can request a replacement. The following conditions apply:
The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
3. Replacement Process

Evaluation: Our team will assess the issue based on the evidence provided. In some cases, we may arrange for the product to be picked up for inspection.
Approval: Once the defect is verified, a replacement product will be shipped to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless defective:
Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or tampered with.
Products purchased during special sales, clearance events, or with promotional discounts.
Products without their original packaging and accessories.
5. Warranty Support
Many of the products we sell come with a service warranty. As some brands do not directly operate in India, Airpix will assist in facilitating warranty claims for you. Warranty terms vary by product and brand, and any service or repair requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect, Airpix will cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
For any other return scenarios (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
