Welcome to Airpix Store (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.


1. Diagnostic and Repair Approval

Airpix will perform an initial diagnostic check of your drone:

  • Physical Damage: A non-refundable diagnostic fee of ₹1,000 applies. This fee is waived if the repair is approved.
  • Water Damage: A flat diagnostic fee of ₹3,000 applies and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the repair is approved or completed.

2. Repair Authorization

By signing the repair form or providing written approval, you authorize Airpix to repair your DJI drone as per the provided estimate. If additional work is required, it will be quoted separately and must be approved by you before proceeding.

3. Non-Reversible Repairs

Certain repairs—especially those involving physical or structural damage—may require cutting or opening parts of the drone’s body. These actions are irreversible, and original components may not be restorable.
By approving the repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

4. Part Return Policy

If you wish to retain any parts that are replaced during the repair, you must inform the technician in writing (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email) on the same day the repair is approved.
Requests made after this period will not be honored.

5. Warranty

Repairs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for the same issue, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Crash damage
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Unauthorized modifications

6. Data Responsibility

Airpix is not responsible for any data (photos, videos, or files) lost during the repair. We strongly recommend that you back up or remove all personal data before submitting your drone.

7. Unclaimed Devices

Devices that remain unclaimed 60 days after the repair completion date will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at Airpix’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Airpix is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income
  • Downtime caused during the repair process
  • Customers acknowledge and accept the risks involved in drone repair.

9. Genuine Parts & Warranty Impact

  • Airpix uses genuine or high-quality compatible parts for repairs.
  • Use of third-party parts may affect the original manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Repair timelines depend on part availability and issue complexity.
  • Customers will be notified in case of unexpected delays.

10. Repair Risks

Despite best efforts, some risks are inherent in drone repair:

  • Increased damage: Repairs may expose or worsen pre-existing issues
  • Functionality loss: Certain features may not be recoverable
  • Cosmetic changes: Repairs may alter the drone’s appearance

11. Water Damage & Corrosion

    • Water exposure can cause internal corrosion leading to long-term failures
    • Full restoration of performance or appearance is not guaranteed for water-damaged drones

12. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the safe delivery of their drone to Airpix.
  • Airpix is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or handling prior to check-in.

13. Non-Repairable Devices

If a repair is not possible due to parts unavailability or excessive damage, a partial refund of charges may be considered at Airpix’s discretion.

14. Disposal of Non-Repairable Devices

If a device is declared non-repairable and the customer does not reclaim it within 30 days of notification, Airpix reserves the right to dispose of the unit or its parts.
