Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee will be charged for inspecting your device and determining the exact issue. This fee will be adjusted against the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.

Diagnostic Fee - Rs. 3000/-

Note: Water damage test requires more extensive testing, hence higher charge.

Service Terms

The diagnostics Fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted in the final repair cost.
Airpix will provide a detailed repair estimate after diagnostic.
Repair work will only begun after the customer approval of the estimate.
Devices not collected within 90 days of the repair completion may be disposed of.
Airpix is not responsible for any data loss during repair. Please backup your data.
Warranty for the repair services is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
