At Airpix, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle and process orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase and estimated delivery dates.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days for most locations in India.

  • Express Shipping:
    Available for select locations with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural calamities.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹9,999 within India.

  • Paid Shipping:
    Orders below ₹9,999 will incur shipping charges based on the weight and destination. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Address Accuracy:
    Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Airpix is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delivery Attempts:
    Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

  • P.O. Box Deliveries:
    We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain remote locations may not be serviceable. We will notify you if your order cannot be delivered to your specified address.
  • Dangerous goods, restricted items, or products with special handling requirements may have additional shipping restrictions.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options are not available at this time.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments:
    If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@airpixstore.com or call +91 90747 28363.

  • Lost Shipments:
    If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to locate it or provide a replacement/refund if deemed necessary.


9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, certain situations may cause delays:

  • Unexpected demand surges
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities or force majeure events

We will keep you updated in such cases.
