If you receive a defective product, you can request a replacement. The following conditions apply:

The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Evaluation:
Our team will assess the issue based on the evidence provided. In some cases, we may arrange for the product to be picked up for inspection.
Approval:
Once the defect is verified, a replacement product will be shipped to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless defective:

Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or tampered with.
Products purchased during special sales, clearance events, or with promotional discounts.
Products without their original packaging and accessories.
