We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. This policy ensures that every product shipped to you meets our stringent quality standards.


2. Defective Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, you can request a replacement. The following conditions apply:

  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

3. Replacement Process

  1. Initiate a Request:

  2. Evaluation:
    Our team will assess the issue based on the evidence provided. In some cases, we may arrange for the product to be picked up for inspection.

  3. Approval:
    Once the defect is verified, a replacement product will be shipped to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless defective:

  • Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or tampered with.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance events, or with promotional discounts.
  • Products without their original packaging and accessories.

5. Warranty Support

Many of the products we sell come with a service warranty. As some brands do not directly operate in India, Airpix will assist in facilitating warranty claims for you. Warranty terms vary by product and brand, and any service or repair requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect, Airpix will cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
  • For any other return scenarios (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
